THINK SIM City but with Romans and you've just about summed up the Caesar series of videogames. Now Vivendi has announced that we're to get a fourth instalment in the top selling series, rather aptly entitles Caesar IV. In development by Tilted Mill, Caesar IV promises to advance, refine and update the city-building gameplay pioneered by Caesar III, while remaining true to its predecessor's legacy. In the game players take on the role of an aspiring provincial governor within Caesar's empire as they build and manage an individual ancient Roman city and its province. The game is scheduled for release in 2006 though no further details beyond that have yet ben announced. As the Lorem Ipsum site says: "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. "Etiam commodo convallis mi. Morbi quis ligula et lectus iaculis accumsan. Fusce eleifend mauris lacinia sapien. Pellentesque sit amet neque. Morbi a quam sit amet nibh faucibus consequat.
