Site claims Motorola landgrabbing motorazr.com

A WEB SITE claims that phone giant Motorola is using legal tactics to try get hold of the motorazr.com page which covers mobile phone news.

The domain was registered in July 2004 but lawyers from Motorola sent a cease and desist order at the end of August.

Motorola claims that the site infringes on its trademarks but the news site claims that Motorola only registered the motorazr trademark in June 2005.

The case is now in arbitration, according to this site. µ
