I HAVE been praying for a soundless machine for ages and Pentium M had been the only answer. Voodoo PC finally released such a machine that is surrounded with a massive passive cooler

The notebook is known as Envy A 228 and company says: "Yada, yada, Yada any colour you want as long as it screams, yada, yada, yada AMD Turion 64". This is taken from the official Voodoo PC document.

We managed to snap the picture of this carbon fibber notebook that weights just about two kilos. It's a 12-inch design and it features Turion 64 ML 34. In the real world we would say it has 1.8 GHz core and has 1024 MB of memory but shares some of this with the graphic core. The machine is powered with ATI's RD482 chipset with two pipelined X300 HM crippled core.

The machine looks just great and has 2.5 hours battery life with a small battery.

The other machine, known as Eden, has a dual core AMD CPU, runs at zero noise as it's heatpiped and it really looks great. You can plug a high end Nvidia or ATI card inside and you'll be happy with a high power gaming machine that doesn't make any noise.
