THE ONLY known deed known to exist for the White House has been flogged to an Internet casino and poker site GoldenPalace.com for $43.45.

The deed officially did not exist until it was searched out by an author researching a book called "Night of the Realtors" where a Canadian estate agent manages to flog the White House.

While researching the book, the writer, David Jenneson discovered that the US Government has no deed recording the property ownership for 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

After an extensive amount of legal survey and analysis, Jenneson acquired the only known deed in existence and tried to flog it on Ebay.

And within a day, his listing for the deed to the White House attracted more than $15,000 in bids. Then it was surprisingly pulled from the site. GoldenPalace contacted Jenneson after the sale was shut down collected the deed for $43.45.

GoldenPalace.com CEO Richard Rowe said that he thought the Oval Office will make a great poker room.

Golden Palace has so far bought Virgin Mary Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Britney Spears' Pregnancy Test, and Pope Benedict XVI's previously-owned VW Golf and got a lot of publicity in the process.
