All Douglas Hayward stories in the Financial Times eventually come true - Hewlett Packard
OCC published a review of Abit IP35 Dark Raider motherboard, new product based on Intel's P35 chipset. This motherboard belongs to middle of the P35 range by Abit, but making statements as "Off Limits" just brings questions. Can this board deliver? The answer can be found here.
PC Treiber.net ( Treiber is a German word for Driver, as some readers asked us) posted a review of Abit AN52, Socket AM2 based motherboard that utilizes entry-level nForce 520 (MCP65S) chipset.
Hardware Secrets came up with a review of AMD 690G based motherboard, Foxconn's A690GM2MA. Recent BIOS just tipped up and improved performance, but this review used the older one, since Foxconn had not produced this new AMD BIOS at the time of writing of this article.
The final Socket AM2 review of the day is something very impressive: TweakTown posted a review of Albatron's KI690-AM2, Mini-ITX motherboard that utilizes AMD's 690G chipset. The size of this motherboard leaves you a lot of room to play with, so if you want to create a case consisted out of Lego blocks, it will not be much bigger than ones your (inner) child is already playing with.
Techgage tested Microsoft's Wireless Desktop 7000. If wireless keyboards and el Raton's is your thing, you might want to look at this Bluetooth connected desktop set.

InsideHW posted a review of Cooler Master NotePal W1, a notebook cooler that is slowly becoming a necessity these days. Today's notebooks heat up beyond belief, and recently a friend of mine scratched the bottom of his Mac Book Pro (something very easy to do) by putting the device onto the cooling pad. Reason for getting a cooling pad? CPU was running in low-70s, graphics card did the same.
ComputerShopper posted a review of Radioactive Ion PC, a computer that comes with a great case. However, guys took a good look at performance of this computer, and found many things left to be desired for.
Ryan from PC Perspective posted a review of BFG 8600GTS OC2 card. This baby comes with new cooler design BFG called ThermoIntelligence.
If you are looking on the red side of the fence, XSReviews posted a review of Sapphire HD 2600XT, graphics card that utilizes long-delayed RV630 graphics chip. This card does gun for value for money segment, so if you are looking for a card that eats as much power as professional models daily diet and do not want to pay more than mediocre sum of money - Sapphire just might have a thing for you.
