Iphone SDK games begin to tip up

DEVELOPER and publisher of mobile phone games, Gameloft, today confirmed what it had strongly hinted at during the recent Game Developers' Conference, in that it will develop 15 new games for the Iphone, using Apple's software development kit (SDK).

Michel Guillemot, Gameloft's President, reckons the Iphone has changed the way consumers perceive and interact with their mobile phone.

"It is exactly what we've been waiting for," he said.

Gameloft, which mainly develops games for mobiles using Java, Brew or Symbian technology, feels that the Iphone market is the next logical step.

The games will be made available via WiFi or EDGE as soon as Apple's App Store is officially launched in June 2008. µ

Flash is F#$%^&ed

I refuse to load Flash. I cant stand those *%$%^ ads on sites blinking away while i'm trying to read. Once installed it's a mongrel to get out of your system. The only thing worse are those Crap pre-installed Norton programs.

Please no

Really, I DON'T want a flash player. The only thing that uses it are ads. I can live without Flash on a mobile device.
