Computer Trade Only mag flogged off

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS magazine publisher Intent Media has bought IT trade title CTO (Computer Trade Only) from I.T. Trade Publishing Limited, a subsidiary of Trinity Mirror, the UK's largest newspaper publisher.

CTO had been published for 10 years as a fortnightly title, with a circulation of around 14,000.

The title will be incorporated into Intent Media's monthly PC Retail.

PC Retail is targeted at all retailers and suppliers within the home computing and small business sector. It shifts around ten thousand copies a month.

The publishers say the total circulation will be increased and editorial remit will be widened on both print and online verions.

Intent Media also publishes MCV: The Market for Home Computing & Video Games, Mobile Entertainment, Develop Magazine, ToyNews, Musical Instrument Professional and BikeBiz. ยต
