Samsung moves to snuff Ingram merger

GIANT CHAEBOL Samsung has filed suit in a Bangalore court to prevent the merger of Tech Pacific with major distributor Ingram in India.

According to DQ Channels, Samsung is opposing the merger because the merger is not in its interest as a major creditor of both.

The same report claims that the Ingram-Tech Pacific merger which cost nearly half a billion dollars in 2004 is far from completed.
