Intel Core 2 hits 5GHz

Pass the liquid nitrogen, it's party time!

LOOKS LIKE THOSE crazy overclockers have done it again. Syngrow hit a little more than 5GHz on a Core2 Sillynamewithatwoinit E6600 a couple of days ago.

By a little, I mean 4.68MHz more, or a little under a tenth of a per cent.
