Intel Centrino rollerblade show lasts until September

They're really taking this seriously
Wed May 09 2007, 12:27
THE GUYS WHO were supposed to be roller blading around the Arena at Liverpool Street station won't be appearing until 12:30 today because of "health and safety issues".

A special mat will have to be laid down in case they slip and bash themselves badly.

But worry not, once the show gets started it will continue all the way through to September, according to the Arena's own LED board.

An insider explained to us that Intel was allowed to program the rolling board but not allowed to change the bottom line, which as you can see from the fuzzy shot below says it lasts from May to September.

We passed inside the Intel bubble to see what wares the different vendors were serving up, but just as we were about to take a pic of a lovely Lenovo machine, three people passed in front of the screen.

Yes, it was crazy publicity seeker David Ross from intel.hexus.net, this time accompanied by on the left James Morris and on the right Simon Shipley. Is there nothing David Ross won't do for free publicity?

Here's a notebook we managed to snap before David could get into the picture again.
