If you are quick enough to catch this one, then you might get a brand new Dell PC for £199+VAT including free UK delivery. The computer itself is designed around an Intel Celeron 2.6GHz with a 400MHz FSB and a 128K cache - not the best computer you'll find in the world but frankly speaking, you can't really beat it at this price.

The Dimension 2400 uses an Intel 845GV chipset and therefore shares part of its memory with the Intel Extreme graphic module and also integrates sound. It is backed by a single 256MB DDR module and a 80GB 7200rpm hard drive and as a secondary storage, a 48x CDROM. The compuetr does not come with a floppy, speakers or a modem but with a black 17in stylish Dell monitor and integrated 10/100 Network Interface. Input devices include a PS2 scroll mouse as wll as a Quietkey keyboard. Support service is one year Collect and Return and you get Windows XP Home Edition with SP2 as well as Microsoft Works 7.0. The black Dell casing contains a 200w PSU as well as one free 5.25in and 3.5in drive bays. IO ports and connectors include six USB 2.0 ports as well as three PCI slots. No AGP here for upgrade.

Savastore is selling a 20.1in LCD monitor with a TV Tuner for only £299.99+VAT. The here. AOC TV2054 is by far the cheapest 20.1in LCD monitor available in UK. The screen in itself is huge, 41x30.5cm, giving it a more traditional aspect ratio of 4:3 instead of widescreen. It supports only SVGA which might hinder its use as a monitor, as well as the fact that its pixel pitch is almost twice what you would find on the market at 0.51mm. The other properties of the screen though are quite goo, it is bright - 500cd/m2, has a good contrast ratio - 500:1 and a refresh rate of 66Hz. As for its TV option, it is compatible with PAL and SECAM and offers a full channel with electronic PLL tuner plus 10 pages of teletext and NICAM sound system. Other extras include two large built in 2W speakers, headphone mini jack for stereo, SCART, composite and S-Video inputs. The TV2054 comes with a remote control as well as a stand. Kudos to Savastore for coming forward with such a deal.

If you are looking for the most powerful All in Wonder card available, you will be very lucky to get yourself the newest X800 AIW. Instead, grab yourself that All in Wonder 9800 Pro from Newegg for $238, currently the cheapest US price for the retail version of that card - undercutting the SRP by more than $60. It comes wtih the remote control, the purple breakout box as well as other accessories and software. The card has a 256-bit memory interface - contrary to some 128-bit models - and memory modules running at 680MHz while the core is at 380MHz. Overclocking is possible but not by a fair means mainly because the stock HSF and the absence of ramsinks would prevent it to be done optimally. For the rest, you get Video in, CATV, Video Out and DVI connector as well as suppoprting a a maximum resolution of 2048x1536. The 9800Pro is still largely competitive with the current mid level video cards, especially against the 66xx series. Of course, factor in the Theater 200 chip and the Philips tuner and you get the best mainstream multimedia card that money can buy. Half Life 2 will cost you only $29.99 when purchased as a bundle with the card.

If you're looking forward to buy a cheap PCI-x Card for not to much money, then you might be better off buying a Dabsvalue Geforce PCX6600 which is in fact an inno3D OEM. The card features 128MB of memory running at a cool 550Mhz while the core runs at 300MHz. Built on a 0.11micron process, it should prove to be a good overclocker even if there is no ramsink and the HSF seemt to be a stock one - even then 3DVelocity was able to overclock the core by 50% bringing it to 450MHz - inside the 6800 territory, taking its 3DMark score from 1905 to more than 2400. Compared to a 6800, the memory interface has been halved, it used DDR memory and the number of pipelines has been brought to 8. It is definitely the card to gun for it you are planning to upgrade your X300se or similar low end PCIx card which came with your DULL computer. The card comes with DVI, Video Out and Dsub. Dabs sells it for 136,74 € including free delivery. µ
