AMD seeking 22 nanometre litho engineers

UK SITE Fabtech has noticed that AMD is looking for a lithography research engineer at IBM's fab in East Fishkill.

Her or his job will be to draw up specs of lithography wants for 32 nanometre and 22 nanometre nodes - according to the job description, here. ยต
