Judge dismisses FTC complaint against Rambus

Just watch the share price move

RAMBUS LIVES to see its stock price soar again, no doubt.

The Federal Trade Commission judge, Stephen J. McGuide, has released his decision on the FTC's antitrust case against Rambus.

He said that the initial decision contains in camera material that has to be put through a sieve before the public version is released early next week.

However, the judge's decision is still subject to review by the full Commission, either if it decides it wants to review it itself, or to appeal against the initial ruling.

Rambus could appeal against the ruling too, but we'd view that as rather unlikely.
