NEW YORK'S APPLE STORE on Fifth Avenue was closed last night for only the third time in its history. The flagship store which, like its home city normally never sleeps, was due to be closed between 3pm on Thursday afternoon and 9am Friday Morning.
The only two other times the store has closed its doors were shrouded in secrecy, and led to the launches of the original Iphone and OSX Leopard.
Many commentators are suggesting that the store may have been used as a filming location for Iphone commercial shoots.
At time of writing it's still 6am in Noo Yoik so if anything occurs we'll let you know as soon as we know.
The Second Coming of the saviour of modern telcoms is expected on June 9th at the WWDC. µ
If they're filming in NY, does that mean there's only a dull Apple Store in San Fran/Silicon Valley?? Oh, sorry, I get it now: they're all dull.
Even the Apple store closing is a big deal to you?
Common capitalization should indicate either “iPhone” (based on Apple's trademark) or “IPhone” (if you feel the need to capitalize the first letter of the word no matter what). But “Iphone” is straight out.o
