I'm against piracy, whether it's on the High Sea or the High Street - Adamson Rust
In order of appearance, we got releases from Gainward who announced 8800 GTX and GTS cards, EVGA with both 8800 cards. We even tested one, Leadtek with its 8800 GTX and GTS, MSI with GTX and GTS and review of MSI GTS to follow. Then we got a Foxconn with its FV-N88XMAD2-OD Geforce 8800 GTX and FV-N88SMBD2-OD 8800 GTS cards, Albatron with Albatron 8800GTX /8800GTS cards, then Biostar with two Sigma Gate VP8803GT73 and Sigma Gate VP8803GS63 cards and Sparkle with Calibre P880+ / P880 that we also reviewed.
The second batch of releases included Point of View with its cards simply called Geforce 8800GTX and GEFORCE 8800GTS, BFG with BFG Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB PCI Express and BFG NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB PCI Express graphics cards, XFX GeForce 8800GTX and GeForce 8800 GTS cards. The last one we received was Asus with its EN8800GTX and EN8800GT cards.
The first motherboard announcement was EVGA and shortly after that it followed with announcement for Abit IN9 32X-MAX board available at later date. An hour later we received news from Gigabyte about their new GA-N680SLI-DQ6 and GA-N650SLI-DS4 boards. It was fallowed by Biostars TF680i SLI Deluxe.
So we think we didn't miss anyone who landed in our inbox, even Nvidia sent us its real press release - not that they talk to us. And also we would like to thank the companies for their samples and support, maybe we don't say it that often but we appreciate it, and so do our readers. µ
