The enemy of my enemy is not quite as much of an enemy as my enemy if they ask, and in either case, I will play nice to the enemy of my enemy only so far as it hurts my enemy for real - 13th century Mongol warlord trying to describe the current semiconductor marketplace after dining on tainted cheese

WORD IS TRICKLING our way about some interesting not quite alliances in the graphics world. Intel is working hard on several GPU and GPU like projects, but that won't stop it from giving a big pat on the back to Nvidia.

We hear Intel is not being shy about supporting Nvidia in just about any way it can, not because they like each other, but because Nvidia isn't the accursed AMD-ATI combo.

You have to wonder how long this love in will last. My guess is until early 2009. It is a marriage of inconvenienceµ
