VIRUS FIRM Trend Micro has moved fast to sto* a bug that has *revented any email that uses the letter * getting to the reci*ients.

According to a re*ort on Channel Reseller News, the *roblem occurred because an u*date to its algorithms inadvertently included a rule that blocked the letter of the al*habet.

The *roblem is confined to its EManager *roduct and not to its antivirus software or its s*am *rotection service (S*S), the firm said.

Trend has told all its dealers about the bug, the news*a*er said. µ
