Nvidia takes digital Bollywood route

FABLESS SEMI firm Nvidia reckons it's going to help India become a digital content "powerhouse" with a project it's dubbing "digital Bollywood".

What is this? It includes Nvidia Quadro and Gelato tech tailored for India, it's selling Gelato certification classes, and it's kicking off the so-called "Guru Lecture" in many Indian cities.

It's also going to collaborate with a heap of Indian outfits.

Dan "Dancing Dan" Vivoli, the all-singing and dancing senior vice president of Nvidia waxed lyrical, as usual. "We share India's passion and excitement for graphics and video processing," he waxed. µ
