AMD lawyers object to Intel subpoenas

In Bleak House, the case continues

TWO FIRMS of lawyers subpoenad by Intel in the antitrust case AMD is pursuing in a US court formally objected to getting subpoenas.

Howrey LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher filed objections to subpoenas Intel made against them in late May.

On the 30th of May, Intel filed a subpoena against a big Washington DC lobbyist firm but that firm has not yet responded. µ
