Wed Apr 04 2007, 06:13
LAWYERS IN the case of AMD versus Intel have asked the good judge to compel US chain Fry's to produce material that was subpoenad over nine months ago.

In a letter to special master Vincent Poppiti, the lawyers claimed that while they'd discussed the subpoena with Fry's at length, it doesn't want to produce an transactional data. The other eight suppliers subpoenad in the case have shelled out the desired materilal.

The class plaintiffs' lawyers say that despite extensive efforts to negotiate data production, Fry's has dug its heels in and should now be forced to comply.
