Sky launches mobile music service

CONTENT PROVIDER, Craze Productions has joined with Equal Mobile to enable mobile phone users to download music related products to the handsets via BSkyB's new business portal - Sky Net.

Delivery of music and video products is via Equal's WAP site. At present the system is still going through testing but the formal launch is scheduled for October 2006.

Sky viewers can use their remote control to tap in 1818 (a Craze Sky Key Unique Number). The service is also available via the 'Hot Menu' on the Sky Interactive Portal.

Ca;lled the 'Craze Sky Music Channel' it features the UK's Top 20 singles chart, along with biggest names such as Warren G; Snoop Dogg; Jimmy Cliff; and Timbaland.

The ring tones and mobile videos are charged for and delivered via Equal Mobile's WAP store. Go to on your mobile or send the text 'GO CONTENT' to or 85080 or +44 7786 203 222 (international). µ
