INTEL'S IN-HOUSE venture capitalists have invested $17 million in three Indian companies.
Reuters reports that the three firms are the travel site Yatra.com, a social notworking outfit, BuzzInTown.com, and an advertising firm Emnet Samsara Media Pvt. Ltd.
Intel seems to have given the story to Reuters first for a change, which will probably miff its usual favourite as the Wall Street Journal.
The chip maker seems to having one its occasional huffy fits with the INQ. It's probably something we said.
No doubt the press release will arrive in the post once a minion gets his 'Aris out of bed and nips down the post office. Unless Reuters made it all up, of course. µ
