Pornographer plumps for Blu-ray

A spokespornographer told Reuters the company reckons Blu ray is the "more future-proofed" of the two formats.

The news is likely to spook the HD DVD camp. It is commonly believed that the porn industry helped condemn the Betamax video tape format to the dustbin of history when it chose to use VHS for much of its output.

Could the smutsters now use their undoubted - if generally under-the-carpet-dwelling - muscles to sway the public to plump for one format or the other?
