PULSE-LINK AND WESTINGHOUSE have a new system for wireless 1080p video, and this time it is integrated right into the TV. It works just like HDMI but without the cables.
The concept is simple, you plug the box with the antennas and blue lights into your HDMI port, and the other end is seen by the compatible Westinghouse TV.
It is magic-ish. Actually, it uses a UWB chipset From Cwave, and is fully FCC certified.
Because it is UWB, theoretically it should be quite resistant to interference and kill far fewer birds than competing narrow band boxes. As is always the case, you might want to try it out before you buy a few hundred of them. ยต
