HP sues Pelikan in ink cartridge spat

INK GIANT Hewlett Packard said it suing Pelikan Deutschland, accusing it of infringing patents on cartridges and ink.

The law suit filed in a Dusseldorf district court, alleges that Pelikan H06 and H08 colour catridges infringe its patents.

HP claims it discovered the alleged infringements as part of a worldwide effort to test cartridges and ink worldwide. µ
