Everyone's going bananas for Kate Garraway

GMTV C-LIST BRIT CELEBRITY Kate Garraway eats bananas - it's true. Sometimes she eats them live on her popular morning show GMTV, favoured by pensioners, skiving students and the unemployed alike.

Her love of bananas has reached eBay - a banana signed and bitten into by Kate Garraway last Friday is being auctioned off for charity, just as was promised live on air. The auction is receiving fruitful results, with a current high bid of £525. The seller - who has 99.5% positive feedback and a score of 2077 - says the cash he gets will go straight to the NSPCC charity.

The auction has found itself a whole host of spin-offs, such as "CAT FLUFF - Kate Garraway ate banana as I groomed cat!" and "EXACT REPLICA KATE GARRAWAY BANANA."
