ATI optimisations de-activated on ATI's X800 Pro/XT

GERMAN SITE Computerbase said it has figured out how to de-activate optimisations on ATI's Radeon X800 Pro/XT.

With optimisations switched off, the performance of the graphics cards changes dramatically.
