Google got DMCA notice about HD DVD key

CHILLING EFFECTS noticed that the Advanced Access Content System Licensing (AACS) issued a DMCA notice to Google in mid-April demanding it remove references to the illegal key that caused such a Digging stink earlier this week.

Somewhat ironically, one of the URLs the AACS wants Google to take down contains the key that's caused Digg so much trouble.

Lawyers for the AACS demanded that Google remove several sites that circumvent its licensing scheme, as you can read by clicking here. µ
