Mobile AMD Buggah, we is keeping this one alive aint we. Something about the Purple Dino going off to sneer at Americans in France or something carried it through the week. Turned into a "where I want to live" thread for a while. Only thing we learned is none of us want to live where we live (although Bo Nadsa said he's got a good connection, and that's all he looks for in an abode, but that's another thread)

What's everyone having for lunch? Book boy just wont let this one die. Got to tell you, poison control should use this thread for those people who were trying to get a bit of happy pills to come up. Black pudding, My Jeff, they won't even allow it in this country. Only thing that makes Haggis look appetizing. Lot's of Supposed hangover cures. I can see that actually, if I ate some of that stuff a hangover would be the least of my worries. Tigger just had to mention Black Pudding Lasagna, never thought I'd be begging for Veggie Lasagna, but count me out on that BP Lasagna. Thankfully on the 15th Book boy changed the subject, to something boring, but not nearly as disgusting. He started asking our local BT hobbit about some kind of connection or sumtin, and why people were digging up his yard. Bloody boring but I didn't loose my lunch anyways. Eventually into cars thankfully. Seems Flashy has brake problems. Probably from hauling to much ass.

Journalists, plea for help. Apparently Granma is looking for a new sportswriter or something, and thinks KAP would be a fit. Started off with a variety of suggestions. However KAP did say that the former writer wrote dull stuff that no one understands, most of the suggestions fit that description to a T (was going to use the Cyrillic version, but it's apparently the same). Ended up as a discussion of wireless broadband, then petered off into a bunch of stuff that was pretty disjointed.

Trust Toolbar Krikey what's going on here? You'd think someone was marking down Kodak cameras or something. The Inq started hawking some sort of search whoozie-whats-it. Some people complained about niggly bugs within about 30 seconds. Which just goes to show if you want someone to beta test your stuff, we're the lot. Anyways so the guy in charge comes on to answer the questions. BIIIIG mistake. Bloody ruthless some of the lot. Mainly the Stripped arsed Badger, KAP, and Frnht. And let me tell you, don't tell book boy some connection is fine when he knows it aint. Bugger will find your own latency logs and post em if you give him half a chance. Basically I'd love to summarize this, the busiest thread of the week, but I keep falling asleep after four of five posts.

The War Against ??? Promethea with a little Dubya prodding, with a pretzel no less. There was a short bout of comparing our leaders with those of Merry olde England. Hey guys, it takes generations of inbreeding to become that incompetent. We just haven't been around long enough. The possibility of GHC's political aspiration came up briefly, it makes sense on context.

Flaming peaceniks out to spoil our fun Started out with more of that boring lefty talk. Ended with more posterior talk, including mine. Apparently the authorities won't prosecute, because once they saw Flashy's quote the gouged out their eyes with forks.

Take me back Gazpacho was looking to get IE 6 of his system. Only way I know takes rather skilled use of a hammer, a 10,000 volt power supply with it's high current cutoff bypassed, three virgins, and a Rwandan Medicine man born under the sign of the goat during a full moon. Some of the others, including a newbie, came up with some more practical solutions. Eventually moved on to bitching about Real Player and QuickTime, a popular pass time round these here parts. Then things just got hazy; thankfully Frnht posted some pictures of his cylinder heads.

Disjointed week, a little of everything everywhere. Lots of people away I do believe. Kenny returned late in the week, he couldn't figure out what was going on either. High Newbie count, but not like last week.
