Buy a Crossfire before launch

ATI DELAYED THE launch of the X1800XT by a week and the new date is the 19th.

The weird thing about this last minute delay is why it happened, purportedly because the dongles are caught in customs. Now, call me a skeptic, but several of these online retailers have them in stock, in quantity, and will sell them to you now.

Performance on these cards is very good, and you can buy them before 'launch'. PR snafus aside, what's not to like? Oh, no µATX boards, but I am pretty sure that will get fixed by some smart company soon enough. µ
