Hack kicked out of baseball game for blogging

We'll have no bogging during the match
Thu Jun 14 2007, 12:46
A SPORTS REPORTER was kicked out of a press box during a baseball game with the authorities claiming live Internet updates were forbidden.

The journalist, from the Courier-Journal, wasn't live casting the event, but instead blogging after events in the NCAA game happened.

The NCCA revoked his press credentials and said it considered blogs to be a live representation. It claims no one is allowed to bog between the beginning and the end of a game. The newspaper is considering making a formal complaint on the ruling.

The paper's lawyer said the rule probably breached the First Amendment. µ
