Kodak makes Kodak offer it can't refuse

"Share moments, share life"

A STRANGE INCONGRUITY MEANS Kodak is either offering a fantastic bargain on one of its cameras or, if you prefer it this way, overcharging for the same camera on another part of the same Web site.

We'd prefer that Kodak has it right in the first place and wrong in the second, because its motto "Share moments, share Life" - certainly has my heart strings strumming - and I'm no louche or lazy lass, I can tell you!

If you must buy the DX 3700, the INQUIRER would recommend that you place your order on this page, where the machine is suspiciously free of drapers disease at a round $100.

And avoid, at all costs, this this page, where the same model is priced at a not at all round $299.95

We know we have. And we're expecting Kodak to honour its special offer after buying six of the babies for our special friends at Transmeta, Nvidia and Broadcom. Happy snapping! µ
