Dude, where's your website?

HACKWATCH TV writer and champion of American jobs has outsourced his website operations to Canada.

According to the Drudge report, Michael Moore, the author of ‘Dude where is my country' has given his website design and servers to Canadian companies.

Moore first came to fame as a champion of the US worker and reported on worker's rights abuses and corporate nastiness in Flint, Michigan.

But now, pparently, he has hived off his web design of www.MichaelMoore.com to a company called Plank, based in Montréal, Québec. The site is also hosted by a foreign owned company, Webcore Labs, of Calgary, Canada.

This is despite the fact that there are bound to be loads of American web site designers and companies itching for the work. Moore did not respond to Drudge's requests for comment. µ

Do you think the move was justified?
