Shuttle launches Athlon 64 lunch box

PC FIRM Shuttle said it has introduced an Athlon 64 939 pin box which uses the Nforce 3 Ultra chipset.

The SN95G5 has a two way 1GHz Hypertransport link, dual channel DDR 400 memory support and an 8X AGP slot.

It also has support for Serial ATA RAID, Gigabit networking, Firewire 400 and has a 32-bit PCI slot. The machine can also be supplied with a wireless LAN module, the firm said.

The machine has three bay doors, and includes a heat pipe module that uses a 92mm fan and other airflow features.

No price for the box was supplied by Shuttle. ยต
