AMD and the class lawyers in the action penned a letter to Special Master Vincent J. Poppiti asking him to modify a paragraph of the proposed protective order or to issue an edict construing that subpoenad documents can only be described as confidential discovery material when it's shown it would cause a firm "clearly defined and serious injury".
