JEDEC makes DDR, other standards docs available

MEMORY STANDARD BODY JEDEC tells us it's made available a number of PDFs that might be of interest to our readers.

These somewhat technical documents include the standard for double data rate (DDR) SDRAM, a board level drop test of components for handhelds, and a procedure for performing SWEAT.

Perhaps the most interesting for our readers is the DDR SDRAM spec, an 82 page document in PDF form which you can find here.

And if you go to the JEDEC catalogue area, you can see other free documents, if this kind of information is for you. ยต
