ATI shareholders to say a final yes on Friday 13th

AMD day
Tuesday, 10 October 2006, 15:51
FRIDAY the thirteenth is the day when ATI shareholders will say the final yes to subsumation by the AMD borg. They picked the hell of a day for the end of good old ATI. This is what the high-ranking source told to yours truly today.

The shareholders will be asked for the last time if they are ok to sell the stock to ATI and many are aware that ATI stock owners were rarely happy chaps, at least not in the last few quarters. The acquisition comes as blessing to them as many of them are going to earn much money out of it.

So as of next Monday there won't be any ATI anymore, at least not the one we know about and week 42 means the final birth of DAAMIT. But it will be stormy as they have to cut some people. ยต
