Innovation is a lot like love, everyone knows when it happens, but nobody really knows what it is - Dean 'Mr Segway' Kamen
The official representative said to the INQ that the Power Color USA is actually not the part of the TUL/Power Color empire, it is only its US based distributor.
We strongly advise you to read the previous parts here and here to get the clue what was going on.
This distributor has the rights to use the Power Color brand in the USA. But the plucky little distree also decided to make its own brand, Zogis, as it wanted to start selling Nvidia cards as well.
The biggest problem occurred when Nvidia posted the press release listing the Power Color Zogis as its partner for 7900 GS and 7950 GT cards. This decision doesn't have anything to do with the official TUL/Power Color headquarters in Taiwan. The rebellious distree made the decision alone.
So the association of Power Color with Nvidia was incorrect and Nvidia humbly removed it from its web site and the press release. Meanwhile, TUL Power Color will continue to provide solely ATI based Graphic card as it enjoys sitting in ATI's tier one lap.
We hope its all clear now. ยต
