HP readies eight CPU Opteron

When depends upon AMD

SOURCES SAID HP is readying a re-launch of the Proliant 700 series.

This will be an eight CPU server using quad core Opterons.

It’s scheduled for March or April. It all depends on when AMD can deliver the microprocessors for the tin. µ
