IF YOU'RE wondering what all the fuss over HD is about then you'll want to have a gander at Tweaktown's latest article entitled Experience 1080p HD content now - Truly Kick Ass Quality Awaits! which looks at what we can expect from the format currently at the top of the quality ladder and what it'll cost you to get it in your living room.

Bjorn3d brings us an interesting comparison in OCZ in a FLASH which looks at the similarities and differences to be found in three of OCZ's newest generation flash products the OCZ Rally2 2GB USB 2.0 Dual Channel Flash Memory Drive, OCZ Roadster 1 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive and the OCZ 2GB 80X Secure Digital Dual Memory Card, each of which performs its function very well.

Madshrimps has reviewed the Silverstone Zeus ST85ZF 850W Power Supply Review which may be a tad noisy under load and is also kind of pricey if you can't get on sale, but it performs well and its design is superb, including the connectors being labelled by rail to help you balance the load as best as possible.

VR_Zone brings us the GSkill F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK Review which isn't going to blow away the competition in terms of performance, but then again it doesn't cost nearly as much either, so if you looking for cheaper, good quality memory then you should add these to the list.

Alternatively, if you're feeling a bit more flush, you can consider the Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-6400 Kit reviewed by XSreviews. Apparently these sticks overclock like a dream and well worth every penny, outperforming most other memory in its class.

Penstarsys has come out with the interesting entitled AMD and 65 nm - The Bittersweet Taste of Modest Success which takes an in-depth look at AMD's new 65nm parts and what this new design means for the company and the industry as whole.

Rbmods has put up the CoolIT Eliminator CPU Cooler Review which is great addition to any overclockers repertoire, particularly those who shy away from gigantic coolers, but it can be kind of tricky to install.

In the usual fashion TweakTown brings us the ATI Catalyst 7.1 Performance Analysis and, much like the recently released Linux drivers does practically nothing on the performance front, but if you're experiencing a specific problem or are reinstalling your system anyway you may want to give them a go.

As well as predicting the Most Wanted Games of 2007 bit-tech has reviewed the snappily named Foxconn FV-N88SMBD2-ONOC (8800 GTS) which scores very well on the features and performance front but falls short on value with no bundled games, although the package does include a gamepad controller which seems fairly decent. ยต
