TAIWANESE MAG Digitimes claimed that AMD's Phenom desktop core will now be delayed to the first quarter of 2008.

It claims sources at motherboard makers told it that the date has been pushed back.

Last week we reported that AMD will officially launch its "Barcelona" cores on September 10th and will eke out higher speed bins from then until the end of the year. µ
