WHY WAS HECTOR in Russia recently?

According to Kommersant, it was to sell old German 130nm equipment to a Russian chip company called Angstrem.

They are said to be setting it all up in their Zelenograd facility, and are paying between $250 and $300 million. Not a bad haul for cleaning out your closet. µ
