Bloody Ell! What's with all this geek talk this week? Loads of posts, and plenty of berating around, which is always fun, but the majority of posts were all sorts of tedious techie bits that would bore the tits off a badger. Lots of newbies that have certainly up the quantity of posts, if not the quality.

As a result the Summary has had to establish a staff. Frnht and his army of bots, scavenging the Delphi servers for bits of interest. Well not just of interest, his first run of that came up with one post, and had to dig back a few months for that. Frnht fears that it just got tired and spit out something and gave up. It was that bit about the names of Spinola's dogs. Whatever, if its techie talk you gits want to talk about then so be it.

Outlook contacts Thread started out with Wee Wolfie Flashman looking for a way to add a load of contacts to Outlook. It was all very suspicious as he said it was for a "friend" and all. Since we all know he's about as likely to give someone a hand with something, with nothing in it for him, as Spinola or me. There was a bunch of wibble about "add this" and "import that."

Luckily Flashy and Alex were nice enough to pull us off topic with talk of wallpapers, muuuuuucch more interesting. The striped arsed badger came in with his wireless woes, (something he has managed to bring up in every thread this week), which brought back more talk of Exchange and outlook and other boring software crap like that. Bunch of knackers if you ask me.

Sound Cards Yet again Welshie asks about sound cards and NT, which of course brought out the Wintel Shill, ™ Who of course came back with the company motto "Upgrade to the latest OS." This one went nowhere quick. Lot's of bits about bits and pieces. Talk about yawn.

Windows Hardware... Well the Striped arsed Badger, gave up asking in random threads about his free wireless kit. 57 posts and the Badger is still cursing. Reckon he'd be better of bunging in a cordless phone. But the only thing of interest is near the end when the Wintel Shill™ talks about writing a review comparing the X-Box and a Tiffany lamp.

Middle of Nowhere broadband Purple Bob kept the thread going this week with a little tax defense (that's new!) KrAP of course had to start an argument with the US contingent. Turned into a big environmental discussion about as interesting as an environmental discussion. Wait… Only thing that was even mildly interesting in the whole thread was in Post 99 when KrAP said "arsebiscuits."

How long do you intend to be here? Book boy went for the direct approach to find out how long our recent troll infestation was going to last. First post was, you guessed it, Goth boy complaining about his wireless kit again. There was a brief bout of Mime slagging, which sadly didn't take the way it used to. Oh for the days when we could mock mimes for weekends at a time. The learned Frnht got us onto booze early on and that may be what tore us away from the hated mimes. There was a brief thing with a few weird e-mails that I didn't get at all. Supposedly something about spam. You know with all this geek talk I'm finding it hard to follow. I'll have to get that twatspeak to English dictionary back from Mr. G. Late Saturday BonadsA asked a techie question I could get into, but that will bore anyone else.

SkyOne SciFi Why do we always get into talking about television shows, and saying little of significance at that? I blame Spinola. She ended the week with the history of arsebiscuits.

Apple Sucks Arsebicuits Out Of Dead S... Bit O' Mac slagging. Always good for some fun.

May Howler Monkeys hang from your ears! Damn trolls. End of the thread is of interest, with a bit of motorcycle chatter. Frnht posted a link to the wonders of English lectrical bits, which gave us all a laugh, cept for Spinola who has to live with said lectrics, if they can be called that. I mean the name does imply that they work with electricity.

Cup of tea anyone? The striped arsed Badger took some time off of whining about his free wireless kit, to post a link about some tearoom in space. There was a spat of boring physics talk/ Couple of the greenies thought we should run everything from the space shuttle to electric mixers off of solar panels. That would go over real well in Blighty where they get 2,5 days of sun a year. The majority of the thread was a discussion about the forum itself and the wonderful bots of Frnht. Couple of post rankings for those that are interested.

In the words of the Luxembourg Hobbit. Lot's of wibble this week. More than one man can handle. Thinking of making the summary a three part mini series. Film at 11.

What's a 1400 sq. ft./130 sq. meter cave go for there? Has to have a view, can get along with out skunks and possums. Gotta have raccoons though. Room for two cars and assorted rubble. Need fire permit for door knocking evangelists burnt at the cross.

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
