The-ikerry PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE John Kerry will receive the backing of Apple CEO Steve Jobs, according to briefings given to US wires at the end of last week.

Perhaps more importantly for Kerry, the second richest man in the world, Warren Buffett, has thrown his weight behind the presidential campaign.

According to today's Wall St Journal, Jobs is just one of the lineup intended to portray the Democratic candidate as business friendly.

President Kerry will be able to store gigabytes of MP3s with Jobs' help, and will have a sleek, shiny new appearance. His running mate will be called the mini iKerry.

Jobs' backing will undoubtedly give the iKerry campaign a big boost.

According to this article in Psychology Today, Apple Computer creates "brothers and sisters in arms". Apple "invites users to think of themselves as revolutionary". µ
