MS Explorer hits iceberg off Cassia-land, lists

Lists, indeed
Fri Nov 23 2007, 11:25

A CRUISE SHIP with the unlikely name of the MS Explorer had its 100 passengers evacuated after it hit an iceberg off the coast of Argentina.

The boat hit a berg off King George Island, which despite our own scribbler Fernando Cassia's desire, is still considered part of Blightyland.

All the passengers and crew have been rescued safely and have been moved onto another ship, which we presume is not the SS Itanic.

alt='barq'According to the BBC, MS Explorer had a crack in its hull the size of a fist.

The INQ has long held that Intel's Itanic was close to striking a berg. We're mildly astonished that MS Explorer has hit an iceberg first. µ

Mark, that's not humurous.

Do you have anything funny to say? At the least their story put an amusing slant on a piece global news.

INQ Poll

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
