Intel subpoena served on ATI

AFTER RECEIVING permission from the judge presiding over the antitrust case AMD has lodged against Intel, a subpoena was duly issued to ATI late last week.

This ask for a heap of information about the takeover of ATI by AMD as well as loads of other info.

But what the heck, why not read the PDF for yourself.* µ

* HMM typo alert. Intel wants everything before August 18, 1006. A clear 50 years before the Battle of Hastings.
