Intel quad-cores likely to use 1333FSB

It is looking more likely

INTEL HAS LONG not officially said that its quad-core chips, Kentsfield and Clovertown, are going to use a 1066 FSB (front side bus).

We heard that 1333FSB was a 'stretch goal', and it is looking more and more like they are going to do it.

Engineering folk tell me no, managerial types tell me yes, but that is the first official yes I have heard. If they end up on 1333 before the Seaburg chipset refresh, well, don't be too surprised. µ
