I am in the silicon valley and know lots of AMD engineers... One told me the same day of this article that the bulldozer is going to be really good.... Low power and fast. But I also remember another one telling me about the k8 w/ 64 bit support and how great and advanced that was, but it wasn't released for 2-3 years after that. He had told me it was done at that time too.
