Thunderbird 2 launches

Isn't that the little round green one?
Thursday, 19 April 2007, 17:27
MOZILLA FOUNDATION FINALLY released 2.0 version of its mail reader, commonly referred to as Thunderbird.

The new version of this app brings several good features, so even yours truly decided to give it a go. Yes, I am an Outlook-slave and do not consider it to be a bad piece of software, especially when syncing it with my RIM CrackBerry.

However, we took a look into the new features of the app and we can say that message tagging and saving searches are really great add-ons to the software - while easier integration with Gmail and .Mac service will mark green light for all those light users out there.

You can check the app out using our complementary l'INQS. ยต
