THE COURT presiding over the AMD-Intel antitrust case has made some orders that will affect the dozens of companies that have been subpoenad.

On the first of December, the court ruled that all parties negotiating over NDA (non disclosure agreement) document production requests would have to be completed by the 4th of December.

AMD, Intel and the class plaintiffs have to provide copies of the order to NDA third parties where there's a dispute or who haven't already been notified of the date.

Meanwhile a motion to compel will start on the 27th of December next, while the date for reply briefs will be the 8th of January 2007.

There's a discovery meeting scheduled for the 12th of January 2007, but we have a very strong feeling a heap of stuff will be under seal from now on. µ
